 Prior to making a payment, all necessary paperwork must be submitted to the Management Team for approval. Payment in advance of approval does not secure your date. All refunds for failure to seek Management approval is subject to a $50 administrative fee.

This item requires a security deposit of $500.00 with a grace period of 7 days after the event is held. During the grace period the host will determine if some or all of the security deposit should be charged, otherwise it expires and is cancelled.
